Job Summary: Looking for experienced Senior Misc Checkers to handle complete project lifecycle management for miscellaneous steel structures using Tekla software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed study of design drawings and identify missing information to prepare RFIs in initial stages
- Study and analyze structural drawings, architectural drawings, and landscape drawings
- Discuss with modelers and team leaders about schedules and prepare shipment schedules
- Handle complete projects from initial stage to project completion
- Assign tasks to modelers and editors while taking care of whole project checking responsibility
- Guide detailers before starting projects and provide ongoing support when difficulties occur
- Check all drawings including model checking, main steel, miscellaneous steel GA, shop and part drawings, and reports
- Prepare shipment packages and conduct final review of drawings and reports
- Coordinate with various stakeholders for successful project delivery
- Maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
